Unclaimed Property and Storage Fees for Battery Products

Important Notice for All Battery Repairs and Services

At Rechargeable Power Energy (DBA Rechargeable Power Energy), we strive to provide timely and efficient service for all your battery needs. To ensure smooth operations and adequate storage space, we have established the following policy regarding unclaimed battery products:

1. Storage Fees:

   • Batteries left longer than 7 days after repair completion are subject to a storage fee of $5 per day.

2. Abandonment Policy:

   • Batteries left longer than 60 days after repair completion, or 180 days after the initial drop-off, will be considered abandoned.
   • Abandoned batteries become the property of Rechargeable Power Energy and may be donated, sold, or disposed of to cover the cost of repairs and parts.

3. Customer Responsibility:

   • It is the responsibility of the owner to pick up the repaired batteries promptly.
   • Please ensure we have your accurate contact information to avoid any misunderstandings.
   • If you anticipate an extenuating circumstance that may delay your pick-up, please contact us as soon as possible to make appropriate arrangements.
