We stand by the quality of our products and strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
- Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Custom-made or unique order items.
- Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Sales@rpe-na.com or 888-456-9410. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs. Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at Sales@rpe-na.com or 888-456-9410.
- Incorrect Use of Products
Rechargeable Power Energy North America LLC cannot be held liable for any products not used correctly according to the product safety guidelines for all lithium batteries. The customers are responsible for ensuring that they understand and follow all safety instructions the product provides. Misuse, abuse, or improper handling of lithium batteries can result in severe injury, damage, or other hazards. Please refer to the product manual and safety guidelines for proper usage.
